STAT™​ | Statewide Compliance Testing™ is preparing to introduce Statewide Drug Residue Screenin & Testing™— a new service designed to help businesses, property managers and organisations identify potential traces of selected drug residues on surfaces.
 

During the manufacture of methamphetamine and other illicit drugs, chemical residues can settle on surfaces such as walls, floors, carpets, benchtops and ventilation systems. These residues can remain long after a drug laboratory has been removed.
 

Exposure to these contaminants may cause health effects such as skin irritation, headaches and respiratory problems.

​Using specialist surface sampling methods, we will collect samples from nominated areas, with laboratory analysis available through our NATA accredited and certified testing partner when required.

Laboratory Analysis

Collected samples will be submitted for appropriate laboratory analysis to identify and measure selected drug residues, subject to the laboratory's testing capabilities.
